COHA Group is a client-side project management delivery consultancy dedicated to managing our client’s design and construction projects from the first feasibility assessment through to the handing over of the keys at the project completion stage.

We provide a unique combination of experience in the development, design and construction phases of our project, allowing us to add value to through all phases of the project delivery. For those clients seeking it, we offer one point of contact throughout each aspect of the project. We specialise in Commercial, Sport + Leisure, Hospitality, Retail, Education, Retirement & Aged Care and Residential sectors.

We are currently the client-side Project Manager for the Brisbane Lions’ Training and Administration Facility in Springfield Central, due for completion in mid-2022.
